Since 2006, the AIDS and Rights Alliance for Southern Africa (ARASA) has produced a series of human rights reports examining countries commitments and obligations to ensuring an enabling legal and policy framework in the response to HIV, tuberculosis (TB) and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) as well as the status of bodily autonomy and integrity for key populations in Southern and Eastern Africa.
