Online Short Course on Advocating for HIV-related Services for People Who Use Drugs

Applications are hereby invited for participation in the Online Short Course on Advocating for HIV-related Services for People who use drugs. Deadline 30 October 2015. This online course will introduce participants to HIV and human rights concerns facing PWUD by highlighting how dominant approaches to drug control pose a barrier to the protection of the rights of PWUD and increases vulnerability to HIV infection. The course will also outline the obligations of governments to take steps to prevent and reduce HIV transmission among people living who use drugs by protecting their rights and removing legal and policy barriers.
