No ending AIDS in Africa without protecting rights Windhoek, Namibia, 03 June 2016 – Ahead of the United Nations General Assembly High Level Meeting (HLM) on Ending AIDS, the AIDS and Rights Alliance for Southern Africa (ARASA) cautions African governments against back-tracking on their AIDS commitments and failing to protect the rights of people living with HIV, women and girls and key populations, such as sex workers, people who use drugs, transgender people and men who have sex with men.
